Pure Zone is a fast‑growing Australian Owned and Operated eCommerce brand specialising in premium home and lifestyle products. We’re a close‑knit team that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for an all‑rounder Customer Experience & Administration Manager to help us do that even better.
About the Role
This is a senior, hands‑on role that sits at the heart of our business. You'll be responsible for the end‑to‑end customer experience – from first enquiry through to post‑purchase resolution – whilst also keeping the day‑to‑day administration of the business running smoothly. It's a varied, fast‑paced role suited to someone who is equally comfortable dealing with customers and managing backend systems and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing all general customer enquiries across email and all online platforms promptly and professionally
- Providing post‑purchase support and building genuine customer relationships
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting smooth day‑to‑day administration
- Handling all order‑related enquiries and customer returns in a timely manner
- Managing inventory records and coordinating with internal systems (Shopify, Cin7; Core experience is highly regarded)
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
About You
- 3+ years' experience in a customer service, customer experience, or administration role with customer facing experience
- Comfortable working in an eCommerce environment – experience with an eCommerce and Retail environment is highly regarded
- Confident handling situations with professionalism
- Highly organised, detail‑orientated skill set
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self‑motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
- A genuine team player who takes pride in doing things well
- Previous Retail experience is preferable
- Loves working autonomously as well as being part of a growing team
