We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Burwood store in NSW on a part-time basis at 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store.
- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through robust communication and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.

Qualifications & Success Criteria

- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams.
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers to create memorable moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
