Role

As a Goodstart Educator, you’ll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

We work to provide children and their families with a safe and challenging environment while offering early‑intervention strategies to assist children who might be at risk or disadvantaged.

The Centre has a Child and Family Practitioner, a Speech Pathologist,



and an Occupational Therapist who liaise with our Educators to provide training in how best to assist children with additional sensory or behavioural needs.

Work with a Director who has been in the Early Learning industry for 30+ years.

Seeking a strong and experienced Diploma Qualified educator – must be flexible with shift times.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current SA Working with Children Check
