Glenorchy City Council is seeking a proactive Dog Registration Auditor to work in the community, visiting properties to identify unregistered or unmicrochipped dogs and promote responsible ownership.
You will work mostly in the field, engage respectfully with residents, and help ensure compliance with the Dog Control Act 2000 and the Council’s Dog Management Policy. A current Class A driver’s licence is required, and the role is full time for 76 hours per fortnight with a six-month maximum term.
