As a Site Manager at ARA Mechanical Services, you will be responsible for the on-site coordination and management of HVAC installation projects. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to project schedules and specifications. The Site Manager will oversee in office personnel, subcontractors, and material management.

This full-time position is based in Sydney, NSW.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure smooth project workflow.
- Coordinate and supervise HVAC installers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and building codes.
- Manage and coordinate material deliveries and on-site storage.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Enforce all safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.




- Monitor project schedules and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and conflicts.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all HVAC installations meet quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections and address any deficiencies.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel.
- Motivate and manage the on-site team to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret standards, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
