About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Brand team and support brand and campaign initiatives across Mable and HomeMade. You will be a key support to the Senior Brand Manager and will play a hands‑on role in shaping campaigns, events and social content.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Assist in the development, planning and project management of marketing plans for both Mable and HomeMade.
- Help translate the high‑level Customer Value Proposition into tangible brand assets, messaging and promotional materials, acting as a connector between creative, sales, content and product marketing teams.
- Support the production of brand assets, manage project timelines, and ensure all initiatives and assets are delivered on time and on brand.
- Plan and execute events end‑to‑end, coordinating logistics, stakeholder communications and on‑site support.
- Drive social media engagement by supporting content development, scheduling and copywriting.
- Manage agency, stakeholder relationships and reports, ensuring high standards, budget management and contact reporting.
- Collaborate with PR, performance, creative, content and product marketing teams for campaign integration, clear communication on deliverables, budgets and timelines.
- Leverage data, trends and channel metrics to guide reporting and optimise campaigns and media allocation.
- Have 2‑3 years of experience in brand coordination roles.
- Hold a tertiary level qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Show strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Know project management principles and discipline of planning, organising and resource management.
- Possess exemplary writing, listening, communication and presentation skills.
- Be a self‑starter with a can‑do attitude and extremely strong attention to detail.
- Be self‑motivated with a strong desire to make an impact.
- Have experience with traditional and creative communications and marketing channels, including promotions, events and customer‑specific/shopper marketing programs.
- Have experience with social media platforms and engagement strategies.
- Have experience with content creation, either with agencies or directly for YouTube or other social platforms.
