Payroll and HR Specialist

Working with a small organisation in Cranbourne West, we are looking for a candidate to join the team in a Payroll and HR Specialist role. This role is a mix of both Payroll and HR and is the sole person in payroll taking on the full end to end responsibilities.

This role would suit someone who has end to end payroll experience but is equally excited about supporting in HR and working across any HR queries, onboarding and general HR support.

It's an exciting time to join this organisation as they implement a new payroll system. While this is almost done, there is opportunity to be involved in new processes as the business transitions.

The role:

- End to end payroll using Readytech / HR3
- Working across 2 awards for a small payroll fortnightly
- Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments
- Terminations, redundancy and leave calculations
- Onboarding and welcome packs for new starters




- Payroll and HR queries
- General HR support for the wider business - being the face of this department

The successful candidate:

- Will have at least 3-4 years end to end payroll experience, ideally in a standalone role, or with a small business
- Ability to interpret awards for seasonal casual employees
- Proficiency in excel and ability to learn current systems
- Readytech payroll experience desired
- Have worked in a role which has some HR duties and has an interest in this space
- Will be able to take ownership of projects and tasks
