Are you a Workers Compensation claims expert? Then we have a role for you to join our Workplace Risk team in our Adelaide office.

Reporting to the South Australia State Leader, the primary focus of this role will be to provide hands‑on injury and claims management and workers’ compensation advice to support our clients’ workplace risk programmes.

Please be advised that this is a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity leave cover.

The Role

- Providing Outsourced Return to Work and Injury Management support services for a range of clients
- Provide our clients with strategic advice on claims and injury management
- Engage our strategic partners to deliver value to our clients
- Assist with data analysis on workers’ compensation injury and claim trends
- Be an active member of our consultancy team, willingly working on assigned projects and developing knowledge and skills

Qualifications

- Experience working for a rehabilitation provider, employer or workers’ compensation agent/insurer
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise, project manage and work well under pressure
- A team player with the ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trust




- A qualification in Allied Health, or equivalent work experience
