i-Pharm Consulting is partnering with a growing medical device organisation at a pivotal stage of growth to identify a Territory Manager to join their high-performing orthopaedic sales team.

This is an exciting prospect to represent a specialised orthopaedic portfolio, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams while gaining exposure to innovative orthopaedic implants and enabling technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an established territory across Victoria
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and key hospital stakeholders
- Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures
- Drive new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
- Deliver product education and training to customers
- Collaborate with leadership to execute territory growth strategies

Ideal Background





- Strong surgeon engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting procedures within the operating theatre environment
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a territory
