- Temporary Full-time (35 hours per week) until July 2028
- $111,798 – $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 – $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

Bring your passion for economics, finance, and accounting into the classroom! We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals to inspire the next generation of business, finance, and accounting professionals. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, industry-aligned teaching, combining contemporary economic theory, financial principles, accounting practices, and evidence-based decision-making with engaging approaches that support student success. This teaching chance is in higher education, teaching in our Bachelor of Business program (AQF 7).

You will work with diverse learners to build practical capabilities in areas such as microeconomics and macroeconomics, financial management, investment analysis, financial markets, management and financial accounting, budgeting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. Using your professional experience and subject expertise, you'll create inclusive, supportive learning environments that foster critical thinking,



analytical problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, ethical practice, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will:

- Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a minimum AQF 8 qualification - Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Masters in a related field (or above qualification)
- Have a minimum of three years post-qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously
- Be prepared to develop and maintain your knowledge and skills as well as your industry currency, and trainer/assessor competence
