About The Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to be part of our team at CEMINTEL – Wetherill Park site. This is a full‑time opportunity within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, offering strong earning potential and long‑term career development. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating plant equipment and ensuring consistent, high‑quality production output.

Shift Pattern

4 days on / 4 days off, with 12‑hour shifts. The shifts rotate between day (06:00‑18:00) and night (18:00‑06:00).

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating fixed and mobile plant equipment
- Producing materials to required quality standards
- Performing routine quality checks and inspections
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting faults
- Forklift operation including loading/unloading and staging materials
- Completing pre‑start safety checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Contributing to continuous improvement and safety initiatives

What You Bring To The Role

- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Experience in manufacturing / production environment (preferred)




- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating day/night roster
