We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our high-performing pursuits team to design submissions and tenders, and support company branding. You'll be joining a growing Design and Construction business in the heart of Sydney.

Responsibilities

- Designing compelling bid submissions, EOIs, tenders and client presentations
- Creating graphics, infographics, diagrams and project visuals that simplify complex information
- Ensuring all submissions are visually engaging, professionally presented and on-brand
- Working closely with the Bid Team to develop layouts that tell a clear and persuasive story
- Producing marketing collateral, capability statements and project case studies
- Supporting the maintenance and development of templates, style guides and brand assets
- Assisting with website content, social media graphics and internal communications




- Helping continuously improve the visual impact and quality of our submissions

Qualifications

- 2+ years' experience in Graphic Design
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong document layout and formatting experience
- Ideally, experience producing corporate proposals, tenders or qualified services documents
- Knowledge of branding and visual communication principles
- Experience within construction, architecture, engineering, property or design industries is highly regarded
