Downer invites applications for a Works Scheduler on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on coordinating daily/weekly PAS work schedules at the base, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion of tasks for Defence projects.

You will enter and close work orders in PAS systems (SAP, GEMS, CMMS) and liaise with managers, supervisors, and Defence reps to confirm readiness. This is an in office role with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.
