Key Responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing the installation and maintenance of critical technical equipment at client locations. This role requires hands-on expertise, the ability to work independently, and exceptional customer service to ensure clients receive the highest level of support and service.

- Installing, maintaining, and decommissioning EFTPOS and POS systems.
- Performing upgrades and technical services for IT devices.
- Providing on-site training and customer support.
- Managing and maintaining vehicle stock.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a proactive approach and the ability to manage your time effectively.



Prior experience in field service or a technical support role is highly valued, but most importantly, we’re looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

- Technical, IT, or electrical experience (not mandatory but preferred).
- Experience in field service roles, strong customer service skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously, and excellent time management.
- ABN and reliable vehicle required.
- Must be available for work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends/public holidays.
