The Role:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are properly prepped to achieve a flawless finish.
- Work closely with painters and other team members to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
About You:
- Previous experience as a paint prepper in a panel shop or automotive setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving perfection.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in paint preparation.
- Must have a valid Australian Drivers License.
