Job Spec: The insights industry is changing quickly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career researcher to join a highly respected insights consultancy backed by the scale, AI capability, tools, infrastructure and connected thinking of a broader global communications and intelligence network.

You’ll still get the depth and craft of a specialist research agency, but with exposure to the wider strategic marketing and communications ecosystem.

The work is varied, commercially smart and genuinely interesting.

One week you might be supporting behavioural communications work for a government department; the next, helping a major bank improve customer experience or working with a retailer on customer segmentation strategy.

You’ll work across the full research process - supporting project delivery from design and fieldwork through to analysis, reporting and client communication - while learning from experienced researchers in a collaborative and highly supportive team.

What they're looking for:

- 1-2+ years' experience within a strategic insights research agency
- Strong quantitative foundations with curiosity to learn qual




- A good understanding of the customised research flow including - survey design, project management, data analysis, reporting and storytelling
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating insights clearly through reports and presentations
- Experience using Q or similar statistical analysis tools with an analytical mindset
- Full of curiosity and energy to learn new things.
