Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategy & Policy, this role is responsible for the delivery, ongoing development and growth of the Institute's career development and training program, positioning UDIA WA as the 'go to' for our industry's educational needs.
- Drive the evolution of UDIA WA's comprehensive Professional Development and Training Program, UDIA WA 'Educate', to align with the National Microcredentials Framework
- As the primary administrator, leverage the investment in UDIA WA's Learning Management System (LMS) and work with the platform provider to troubleshoot issues and undertake ongoing maintenance to ensure a great user experience
- Manage the ongoing delivery and expansion of the UDIA WA Educate Program, which includes arranging all course logistics, managing speakers, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a professional, well-presented courses that represent value for money for both UDIA WA and attendees
- Ensure course content is accurate, informative, current, and presented in an engaging way through the LMS and for in-person course delivery
- Work with UDIA WA's Professional Development Operational Committee and subject matter experts to identify and develop new training offerings that address identified skills gaps within the industry and fill a void not being filled by other industry-related training providers
- Ensure course budgets are managed and work effectively with the team to ensure revenue targets met or exceeded
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, including with registered training organisations and other providers of CPD points and recognition of prior learning
Attractive Remuneration Package
Performance will be assessed on an ongoing basis based on adequate demonstration of the role's core competencies and agreed KPIs that are reviewed and agreed every six months. Interested candidates should call for a confidential conservation.

About the Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing delivery of education/career development/training programs and/or content-driven events, ideally aimed at a professional or technical audience (be that internal or external)
- Relevant qualification related to learning & development, education, event management, marketing, PR, human resources or associated field
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
- Must have a current driver's licence
Desirable
- Experience working in a registered training organisation or member organisation
- Experience working with a Learning Management System
