The Roles

Multiple site manager positions are currently available across North, South and Western suburbs of Brisbane due to exciting growth and the very busy residential home building market.

Key Areas of Brisbane we're actively recruiting for at the moment include:

- North Brisbane: (For Example: Morayfield, Caboolture)
- Inner West Brisbane - (For Example: Moggill, Kenmore, Oxley)
- West Brisbane: (For Example: Ripley, White Rock, Springfield, Deebing Heights)
- South Brisbane: (For Example: Logan, Greenbank, Jimboomba)

Key Responsibilities of the role

- Oversee, coordinate and manage up to an average of 15‑17 recent single/double‑story homes in construction concurrently from site cut to handover.
- Manage multiple builds concurrently while maintaining quality and timeframes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate trades and suppliers to keep construction schedules on track.




- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the build.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Drive build performance, accountability and workmanship standards.

Role Requirements

- A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (low‑rise) is essential.
- Proven track record and experience working within the volume home building or residential construction sector as a site supervisor/site manager.
- Strong leadership presence with confident communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple sites.
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and practical site safety management.
- Carpentry trade background would be very advantageous.
- Builder's Licence would be very advantageous.
- Excellent IT and software experience.
