Coles Group operates a two-year (three years for Finance) graduate program designed to develop leaders through hands-on learning and functional rotations. From day one, graduates work on real deliverables and are supported by a tailored development program and a tight-knit network.
In the second year, participants tackle the Innovation Project, presenting ideas to the Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board. Hybrid work is available with three days in the office and two days at home.
