Munro Footwear Group is seeking a Product Developer for the Rockport brand in South Yarra, Melbourne. You will help drive product development from concept to market, collaborating with design, sourcing, and production teams to deliver innovative footwear.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in footwear product development and a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Product Design, or a related field. Strong materials knowledge, manufacturing processes, and transparent communication are essential.
