The role involves…

Customer service: in-person, phone calls, text messages and emails

Assisting patients pre and post treatment

Managing bookings and payments

Extensive use of Microsoft Office including specialist dental applications

Balancing admin tasks with customer service

Accuracy and attention to detail

Clear, kind, respectful communication with patients and colleagues at all times

SmileWorks Dental Doreen is open during the following hours:

Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm

Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Saturday:



7:30am – 1:00pm

This is a full time role, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a dynamic practice. Availability to work at least one late night per week and one Saturday shift every 4 weeks is required, helping us provide great care to our patients when they need it most.
