This position is full‑time, ongoing and based at our Rockingham site. You’ll be supported by a team of coaches, mentors and counsellors. Together, we can make a positive change in the lives of others.

We’ll provide comprehensive training and help you achieve a Certificate IV in Community Services within the first 12 months on the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges.
- Deliver coaching to improve employability skills, confidence and career planning.
- Prepare quality resumes, cover letters and support the job application process.
- Find suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocate on their behalf.
- Refer customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health and financial counselling.
- Provide additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment.
- Document customer information and progress accurately within Workskil Australia and government systems.

About You

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs.
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Passion and drive for helping others; self‑motivated, inclusive, open‑minded, and willing to listen and support without judgement.
- Previous experience in employment services highly regarded.
