What You Will Do

- lead a high‑performing team that delivers operational, administrative and policy support to honorary justices
- provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and government about honorary justice appointments and performance
- oversee effective training, policies, processes and service improvements for volunteer honorary justices
- prepare clear reports and advice on complex matters, including complaints and enquiries
- build strong working relationships across government to improve services and support reform

About You

A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Experience leading people and delivering services within legislative frameworks is important. Knowledge of volunteer programs is desirable.
