Receptionist – Vision Radiology Shepparton

Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (4 Days per Week)

Vision Radiology is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our Shepparton team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

As the first point of contact for our patients and referrers, you'll play an significant role in ensuring every patient receives a welcoming and positive experience.

About the Role

Working as part of our supportive reception team, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and visitors
- Booking and coordinating patient appointments
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Processing patient information, referrals and payments
- Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Working collaboratively with a friendly and supportive team

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous reception experience (medical or healthcare experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, professional and patient-focused attitude
- Reliability and availability to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
