Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for hospitality, events and marketing to play a key role in driving new business, creating engaging marketing campaigns and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

As our Sales & Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for converting enquiries into bookings,



building lasting client relationships and supporting the marketing initiatives that keep Witchmount Estate at the forefront of Melbourne's events industry.

You’ll work closely with our Operations team to ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to their event.

The role combines sales, client management and creative marketing, including the development of promotional material using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and coordinating social media content to help generate new leads and drive bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to wedding, corporate and private event enquiries
- Conduct venue tours and build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Prepare tailored event proposals and quotations
- Negotiate bookings and manage contracts within company guidelines
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate booking systems and master event calendar
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise client experience and revenue
- Coordinate showcase events, open days and industry expos
- Create engaging marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Schedule and manage social media content
- Generate new business through networking, referrals and outbound lead generation
- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey




- Assist with banquet event orders and event administration where required
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in sales, events, hospitality, marketing or client relationship management
- A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport with clients
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Commercially minded with a passion for achieving sales results
- Creative and confident using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experienced managing social media platforms and digital content
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in event sales, hospitality sales, wedding venues or a similar customer-focused role
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM or booking systems (desirable)
- Marketing and social media experience
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
