The Role You will take ownership of premium residential projects from pre-construction through to completion, including:

- Managing programs, budgets, procurement and project delivery
- Leading Site Managers, Contracts Administrators and subcontractors
- Working closely with clients, architects and consultants
- Managing variations, progress claims and commercial performance
- Identifying risks early and keeping projects moving




- Reporting directly to supportive, hands-on directors

About You

You will have experience being lead PM on high-end residential or boutique construction projects, strong commercial and programming skills, and the ability to confidently manage clients, consultants and project teams.

This is suited to a capable Project Manager who wants more autonomy, better support and the prospect to grow with a builder that is genuinely going places.
