Greystar is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and building operations at our Canberra student accommodation community. This hands-on role oversees 720 beds, reports to the Community Manager, and collaborates with regional operations, contractors, and the wider property team to deliver high standards of presentation and satisfaction.

You will manage preventative maintenance, coordinate external trades, and mentor a team of Maintenance Technicians while upholding WHS
