Formstruct is a Western Australian Owned company, we specialize in design, construct building, civil, structural steel, earthmoving, and concrete construction within the Pilbara region.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role will be based at our Bibra Lake Office and require ad-hoc FIFO work onsite as required to deliver your projects. We are looking for someone capable of Managing & Delivering multiple projects at any one time, Project Value category of $100k to $20m per project.

About the Role

- Managing Multiple Projects
- Preparing and Submitting Tenders/Quotations
- Developing tender construction methodology, schedules, and pricing for submission to client.
- Maintain effective relationships and facilitate regular communication with Formstruct management team and teams onsite.
- Coordinating procurement of all materials relevant to the project in line with set budgets and requests.
- Requesting quotes from all managing sub contractors relevant to project




- Liaising with Planning and Mobilisation teams for labour requirements.
- Managing project costs, budget, scope of works and project execution to ensure project compliance.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements as well as Company Policies, plans and procedures.
- Overseeing site project execution, HSE support, Quality and close out.
- Preparing and maintenance Microsoft project schedules and work to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Reviewing and advising on commercial, contracts and scope departures.
- Submitting and Managing technical queries with client onsite.
- Maintenance, tracking and reporting on project progress and performance.
- Working closely with clients, Formstruct management and all other project staff.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Mine Site Experience
