Disney Australia and Recent Zealand is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support Cast Members and leaders across core HR activities, lifecycle processes, Talent & Growth initiatives and people programs on a 12‑month maximum term contract.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide timely HR advice, manage onboarding/offboarding, leave, visa tracking and exits, while collaborating with HR partners, payroll and Global HR Operations to deliver a seamless employee experience.
