The role supports dietitians to deliver patient-centred care across WA Health facilities, with placements primarily at Mt Lawley (RPBMG) and potential opportunities at other hospitals.

You will assist with dietetic programs, assessments, and nutrition care plans, contributing to protected discharge planning and documentation in the patient records.
