Real work. Real impact. Our Graduate Program. Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance. This tailored two‑year program provides experience across diverse projects through four structured rotations, giving you exposure to Information Systems, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Working on technology‑driven initiatives that support business outcomes, you will gain hands‑on experience delivering cutting-edge solutions, analysing and interpreting data, improving systems and processes, and solving real‑world business challenges. Along the way, you will develop valuable technical, commercial, and professional skills, accelerating your transition from university to the professional world.

Eligible Disciplines

- Bachelor of Data Science
- Bachelor of Analytics or Business Analytics
- Bachelor of Statistics or Mathematics (Data focused)
- Bachelor of Information Systems
- Bachelor of Information Technology
- Bachelor of Business Information Systems Artificial Intelligence
- Bachelor of Artificial Intelligence
- Bachelor of Computer Science (AI Major)
- Bachelor of Data Science (AI/Machine Learning Focus)

Eligibility Criteria

- Successfully completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028).
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.
