Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
