Casual Educator – Cranbourne, VIC

Busy Bees at Cranbourne, located at 1280 Thompsons Road, Cranbourne VIC 3977, on a casual basis.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the implementation of engaging play‑based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming setting for all children
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
- Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

Qualifications

- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (no working towards)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Gecko, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for VIC
- Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
- Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Employment is conditional on satisfactory, rigorous pre‑employment checks (including WWCC, ID, Qualifications, Gecko Training, Work Rights, NQAITS register/Prohibited Persons & References)
