About the Role:

The Social Media Content Creator plays a key role in elevating Fitness Nation’s online presence by crafting and managing engaging content across all social media platforms. This position requires creativity, the ability to work autonomously and with a team, strong attention to detail, and strategic thinking to maintain consistent brand messaging and drive community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, create, and schedule compelling content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.

Film content for onsite events hosted at Fitness Nation

Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maximise reach and engagement.

Ensure all content aligns with Fitness Nation’s brand voice, messaging and content pillars.





Track performance metrics and provide regular insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with team members to plan campaigns and promotions.

Hours:

This role is currently 10 hours per week with the potential to increase over time as the brand and its needs grow.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for creative storytelling.

A genuine passion for the health and fitness industry is essential.

Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Suit, G-Drive).

Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics. (TikTok Creator Insights, Metricool, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Robust comprehension and execution of creative briefs

Can turn a brief into brilliant, on-brand content

Skilled in understanding and translating briefs into engaging content
