Villa Bambini Essendon North is growing, and we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Assistant Educators to join our warm and supportive team on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

As an Assistant Educator, you will work alongside our team to:

- Build positive and nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
- Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.
- Contribute to children’s learning, wellbeing, and development.
- Work collaboratively with educators to maintain high-quality practices in line with the National Quality Framework.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).




- Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Understands the importance of child safety and professional practice.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
