At MannaCare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laundry Assistant to join our team and help ensure residents' personal clothing and linen are cared for to the highest standard.

The Role
As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and dignity of our residents by providing a high-quality laundry service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Washing, ironing, folding, and labelling residents’ personal clothing with care and attention to detail.




- Operating the Toro truck for laundry collection and delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic laundry environment, ensuring infection control procedures are followed.
- Reporting safety hazards or defective equipment promptly.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Experience working within Aged Care industry - desirable
- Experience in laundry services or a related field - desirable
- Positive time management and communication skills
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and infection control practices
