We are a rapidly growing residential construction company specialising in quality homes and granny flats throughout South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable, motivated Carpenters to join our team.

This opportunity is ideal for:

- Qualified Carpenters looking for stable, long-term employment

- Experienced tradespeople with at least 4 years' hands-on carpentry experience who may not yet hold formal qualifications

- Mid-level carpenters wanting to broaden their skills across factory and onsite construction environments

The Role

This is a diverse role that combines factory-based work with onsite construction activities.

You will be involved in:

- Framing and structural carpentry

- Granny flat and residential home construction

- Factory-based assembly and production work

- Installation of internal and external building components

- Reading plans and working from construction drawings

- General construction and finishing carpentry

- Maintaining safe and efficient work practices

Work locations include:

- Yatala factory

- Brisbane metropolitan area

- Gold Coast region

- Occasional regional Queensland projects requiring travel

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 4 years' carpentry or residential construction experience





- Trade qualification preferred but not essential

- Current White Card and Driver's Licence

- Additional tickets highly regarded, including:

- Forklift Licence

- Welding Experience or Certification

- Working at Heights

- Roofing Experience

- First Aid Certificate

- Other construction-related licences and tickets

- Reliable, hardworking and willing to travel when required

- Experience in residential building, framing, renovations, modular construction or granny flats preferred

- Experience working with steel (not essential but nice to have)

- Ability to read plans and work independently

- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented attitude
