A leading global technology-driven organisation is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their high-performing Talent team on an initial 12-month contract.

This is an chance to partner closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment, supporting the hiring of top technical talent across the business. The organisation operates in a highly collaborative and data-driven setting, where quality, innovation, and performance are at the core of everything they do.

The role will see you take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, market mapping, headhunting passive talent, stakeholder management, interviewing, offer management, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment across technical roles
- Building and executing sourcing strategies for niche talent markets
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders
- Market mapping and proactive talent pipelining
- Providing insights and recommendations using recruitment data
- Coaching stakeholders on hiring best practice and process improvement




- Delivering a high-touch candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer stage

About you

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within technology, financial services, or professional services environments
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
- Comfortable operating in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse highly regarded
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
