What You’ll Get to Do

- Perform thorough weekly building and facility inspections (or daily inspections as requested)
- Liaise with the Property Manager or Building & Facilities Manager to initiate and schedule project works, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Maintain the swimming pool, including testing and dosing chemical levels (where applicable)
- Complete and maintain inspection, safety, and maintenance reports and records

Full‑time position; availability Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience in maintenance, facilities, retail or commercial property management style environments
- Broad handyperson/handyman / handywoman maintenance knowledge and skill set




- Ability to work unsupervised and to supervise a part‑time Maintenance Officer
- Physical fitness to be on feet most of the day
