QLD Service Manager

Geebung, Brisbane | Permanent Full-Time $134,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

A well-established service organisation is seeking an experienced QLD Service Manager to lead its Queensland service operation. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a technical background in commercial catering equipment, gas, electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical fitting to take ownership of a team of field technicians and drive operational performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Queensland service division, leading technicians, managing subcontractors, supporting customers, and ensuring service delivery meets operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of field service technicians.
- Drive service performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service schedules, resources and subcontractor relationships.
- Support business growth through strong customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor budgets, reporting, warranty approvals and service KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
- Resolve escalated customer and technical service issues.





About You

- Experience working on commercial catering equipment or within a service workplace supporting commercial kitchens.
- A background in Gas, Electrical, Refrigeration or Mechanical Fitting .
- 2-3 years' leadership, supervisory or management experience.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing field technicians and coordinating service delivery.
- Sound commercial awareness and problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
