Your opportunity
For an organisation to realise their full ambitions and see real growth,
they need to continually examine and challenge their business strategy – looking for inefficiencies and finding opportunities to leverage technological, economic and regulatory change.
Our Management Consulting team works closely with clients to plan and implement the right strategy to deliver sustainable growth.
We seek to help them achieve performance improvement by developing and implementing current structures, models and plans to reach their strategic goals. We also support them in determining how to best leverage innovative digital technologies and utilise their data effectively to develop deep insight in support of decision making.
Joining the Management Consulting team as a Graduate or Vacationer will see you:
- attend client meetings
- project manage a client engagement – developing key project and governance materials, setting up meetings and agendas
- manage the flow of client data
- undertake client, industry and economic research projects
- keep up to date with industry best practice and emerging trends.
A key component of our Management Consulting team is our energy, curiosity and willingness to lean into new challenges. We are proactive by nature, confident to try, and comfortable asking thoughtful questions, testing ideas and learning as we go. We value people who are adaptable, collaborative and open‑minded – those who can bring structure to ambiguity, communicate with impact, and help clients move from insight to action.
Our Management Consulting team accepts applications from students of all disciplines but is particularly well suited to students majoring in Accounting, Commerce, Finance , Economics, Supply Chain Management or Marketing . We encourage applicants completing either undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
