Front Office Receptionist - Don Pancho by the Beach

Don Pancho by the Beach is seeking a new vibrant front desk team member to greet our wonderful guests.

This position is a Permanent/Casual position to join our team!

The position involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting corporate and leisure guests, and ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk. Often you are the 1st point of contact for our guests. Having a passion for customer service and the local area is important.

Requirements from you:

- Have 1+ years previous experience in Front Office or Guest Service departments (Preferable but not essential)
- Excellent time management skills, be reliable and have a positive attitude




- Have a fantastic phone manner
- Be a customer service superstar, ensuring our guests’ experience is one to remember!
- Driven by a can-do attitude with a team approach and willingness to assist where needed
- Be able to work autonomously with a team focus, think on your feet, and quickly resolve issues
- Have a robust work ethic
- Possess the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, goes without saying
- A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world
- Prior PMS Experience is a benefit
