About the Role

Based at ourMolendinarbranch on the Gold Coast, as a Trade Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving branch sales growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with trade customers, builders, installers, fabricators, and contractors, you will provide product advice, prepare quotes, process orders, and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and increase sales.

This is a hands‑on customer‑facing role that combines sales, relationship management, and commercial support within a fast‑paced trade workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Business Development

- Convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities.




- Identify and develop new trade accounts and business opportunities.
- Follow up quotations and project opportunities to maximise conversion.
- Promote products and solutions to increase customer spend and account growth.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers.
- Provide product advice and technical support.
- Support customers throughout the sales and order process.

Branch Performance

- Contribute to branch sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the product range.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and branch initiatives.

About You

You are a motivated and customer‑focused individual who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering results.

You may come from a trade sales, customer service, building products, construction, manufacturing, distribution, or retail trade background and are looking for an opportunity to develop your commercial and sales capability.
