Independent Living Specialists is seeking a Scheduling Team Lead to oversee the safe, efficient and accurate coordination of our Sydney Medical Installer scheduling operations. This role will lead and support the Scheduling Team while ensuring delivery capacity, route performance and service commitments are achieved.

Responsibilities will include:

- Lead, coach and support the Sydney Scheduling Team to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
- Oversee daily route planning, workload allocation and schedule quality.
- Monitor route efficiency and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service performance.
- Manage scheduling exceptions, customer reschedules and operational recovery activities.
- Coordinate scheduling activities across internal teams and external service providers.
- Maintain workforce planning and capacity forecasts to support operational requirements.




- Monitor service levels, delivery performance and customer communication compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support scheduling system enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, customer service and logistics to achieve business objectives.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.

Your qualities will include:

- Previous leadership experience within logistics, transport, operations or scheduling.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within logistics and distribution environments.
- Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for operational excellence.
- Experience with SAP, Jira, Locate2U or similar scheduling and logistics systems will be highly regarded.
