You will work closely with experienced agents, gain real industry exposure, and learn what it takes to succeed in real estate.

Responsibilities

- Assisting sales agents with listings, home opens, and client meetings
- Learning how property deals happen from listing to settlement
- Generating leads through calls, door knocking, database follow‑ups, and leveraging social media platforms, community connections, and local sponsorship opportunities
- Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and property launches
- Supporting open homes and buyer inspections
- Maintaining client databases and assisting with daily sales tasks
- Learning real estate systems, negotiation processes, and industry tools
