Job Description

Are you an experienced Injury Management Advisor looking for:

Responsibilities

- Provide return to work services to assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable return to work outcomes
- Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to return‑to‑work rates, costs and durations
- Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Implement services as per Customer SLAs
- Provide high level rehabilitation services across a variety of portfolios including new employer and same employer goals
- Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims
- Represent WorkFocus at public forums and on various committees as required

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role





- Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
- Ability and willingness to travel (a current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
