This is a genuine step-up role for an HVAC PM who is ready to move into the major projects space. Our client is a Tier 1 national mechanical contractor with a strong and growing major projects division.

They are looking for a Project Manager to sit under a Senior PM or Project Director. Someone who wants to learn at the highest level, take on real responsibility, and build a career in the delivery of major projects.

This isn't a role where you'll be watching from the sidelines. You'll be hands-on, involved in the full delivery process, and given the opportunity to grow into a senior position as the business continues to win large-scale work.

Who They're Looking For





This role is well-suited to someone who is currently A PM or Senior PM at a Tier 1 light commercial mechanical contractor, looking to move into major projects.

OR, A PM at a Tier 2 or Tier 3 mechanical contractor who is ready to make the step up to a larger business and bigger scopes. You don't need to have worked on major projects before. You need to have the right attitude, strong mechanical delivery fundamentals, and the hunger to step up.
