The Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Service Technician to join our team.

You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to help set up, install and maintain our monitoring systems at client sites across Australia. No two days are the same - it’s a mix of hands‑on technical work, problem‑solving, and client interaction.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their skills and grow with the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintaining and fault‑finding on monitoring devices and sensors
- Assisting with installs and system commissioning
- Responding to service issues and breakdowns




- Supporting clients with high‑quality service and troubleshooting
- Keeping accurate service records
- Managing tools, parts, and consumables

What We’re Looking For

- A current electrical license is preferred
- Full driver’s licence and must have your own car (there’ll be some travel involved)
- Background in electrical, CCTV, or consumer technology work
- Solid problem‑solving and fault‑finding skills
- Able to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Good communicator who’s comfortable dealing with clients
- Self‑driven and able to work independently
