You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, product teams, and developers to help shape the next generation of logistics software solutions.

About the Role

As an Agile AI Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions using Agile methodologies.

You will receive guidance and mentoring while developing your Business Analysis, Agile, and AI skills within a collaborative and high-performing team.

What You Will Be Doing

- Analyse and understand business requirements to develop innovative and practical solutions.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to document and improve business processes, systems, and data flows.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.




- Support Agile delivery practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent technologies to improve customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and the Development Manager to achieve project objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project implementations are well planned, documented, and successfully executed.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation activities.
- Assist in creating process maps, workflow documentation, and business cases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across products and business processes.

Essential

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes.




- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong desire to learn Agile methodologies, AI technologies, and business analysis practices.

Desirable

- Experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator, or related role.
- Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or supply chain processes.
- Experience participating in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
