ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Marketing Events Specialist, you'll lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of Jands' external and internal events across Australia and New Zealand. You'll manage a diverse calendar of product launches, trade shows, customer demonstrations, corporate hospitality events, training programmes and employee events. From initial planning through to post-event evaluation, you'll ensure every event is delivered, on time, within budget and in alignment with our marketing and commercial priorities.

Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution. You'll also play an important role in identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we plan, deliver and measure the success of our events.

Key responsibilities include:

- planning, coordinating and executing the end-to-end logistics of external and internal company events across Australia and New Zealand;
- managing the events calendar to ensure visibility and alignment with business priorities;
- partnering with internal stakeholders to develop event concepts that support marketing objectives and commercial outcomes;
- coordinating suppliers,



venues and service providers to deliver high-quality events within agreed budgets and timeframes;
- monitoring event performance, measuring return on investment and recommending improvements;
- continually evolving processes, tools and standards to lift event execution quality.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a highly organised events professional who enjoys bringing people together through well-executed experiences. You thrive on managing multiple moving parts, building robust stakeholder relationships and ensuring every event is delivered to a consistently high standard.

You’ll bring:

- 3-4 years' experience in event planning, event management or a similar role;
- demonstrated experience managing multiple events simultaneously from planning through to post-event review;
- exceptional project management, organisational and planning skills;
- experience managing event budgets and external suppliers;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- a proactive approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure - you solve problems quickly and keep things moving;
- industry knowledge will be a bonus!
